To assure that our loyal customers have an opportunity to acquire our limited edition products, QMx has a policy to limit quantities of limited edition products that may be purchased to only one (1) or two (2) items of each limited edition product per person, household, credit card, billing address and/or shipping address. This quantity restriction appears at the bottom of the ordering page of all products.

The quantity limit is based on the item. If you exceed the item quantity limit through orders placed using different payment options, QMx reserves the right to reduce the item quantity of your orders to match the posted limit.

We believe that this policy serves the interests of our collectors by assuring reasonable access to the limited supply of these products. QMx makes every effort to strictly enforce this policy. We greatly appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.

Quantummechanix.com currently does not accept personal checks or purchase orders. Money orders or cashier’s checks are acceptable.

If your credit card expires between the time you place your order and the time your order is shipped, we'll notify you by e-mail. Please call 1-866-623-0055) with your new credit card information. Please be ready to provide your CID number (3 or 4 digit number found either on the back or front of your credit card - used for secure transaction processing).

Please note: This is a custom, prepaid, made-to-order product available for a very limited time. As such, we require full payment (including shipping and handling fees) at time of ordering this product. We strongly recommend payment by credit/debit card or PayPal. If you pay using a money order or cashier’s check, you risk missing the reservation window, due to the time required to process and clear these payment types. Due to this product’s low cost, we are sorry, but X-Pay is not available for individual products priced less than $200.

Of course, if you decide to cancel your order prior to shipment, your pre-payment is fully refundable.

Customers who have a pre-order with us are contacted via e-mail with our 'Estimated Arrival' notice approximately 14-21 days prior to their pre-ordered items arriving at our warehouse. If you no longer wish to receive your order, we ask that you please cancel it as soon as possible, either through your Online User Account or via phone at 1-866-623-0055 in the US or 01-484-961-7134 outside the US. There is generally no cancellation penalty for pre-orders cancelled during this time frame (unless you have paid using the X-Pay program.)

If you would like to cancel your order but have already received the ‘Order Processing' e-mail, notifying you that we will be charging your card within 24 hours for your order, then you must call us immediately to cancel: 1-866-623-0055 in the US or 01-484-961-7134 outside the US.

Please do not request to cancel your order via e-mail after you have received our ‘Order Processing’ notification because your package may ship prior to your e-mail request being processed through our system. If you do not cancel your order with us before your order begins the order shipment process, then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees or package return fees.

If you have placed an order with us for In Stock items and wish to cancel it, then you must call us directly at 1-866-623-0055 in the US or 01-484-961-7134 outside the US. In Stock items usually ship out within 24 hours of placing your order with us, thus your item may already be in route to you.

If you do not contact us in time, or if you attempt to cancel an In Stock item via e-mail causing a delay in the cancellation, and your order ships, then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees or package return fees.

Due to the administrative and production costs of these unique collectibles, items that are labeled as Limited Edition (LE) or Signature Edition (SE) and are purchased in one payment (i.e., NOT using the X-Pay program) will have a one-time cancellation fee of $20.00. With these items, a cancellation fee warning will be displayed on the item's ordering page as well as during the check out procedure. This fee does not apply to Open Edition (OE) items.

We calculate estimated shipping cost based on an item's weight, size, shipping level of service (Ground, Second Day, Next Day) and address. The shipping cost will be higher if you use multiple shipping addresses.

To view the shipping cost for your entire order, simply place your item(s) in your cart. You'll see shipping costs per item during checkout, with freedom to switch shipping options at this time, if you choose.

The lowest available level of shipping will automatically be selected for you during checkout. For example, if Ground is not a shipping option for the item you are ordering, your shipping level will default to Second Day.

There is an extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii as they require Second Day service (there is no Ground service to both states). Currently there is a FedEx surcharge of $10 for items shipped Second Day, and $15 for Next Day.

Once your pre-ordered item is available, you will receive e-mail notification that the item has been shipped. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the release date.

If you select an enhanced shipping method, your pre-ordered item will be shipped by the release date. Other products will be shipped when they become available after the release date. Your credit card will be charged when the item is shipped.

Please keep these restrictions in mind when arranging shipping, delivery or special order delivery for your Quantummechanix.com purchases.

Items shipped to P.O. boxes are not permitted (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes). APO/FPO addresses – and to any address in Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands – can be shipped Ground service only (not Next Day or Same Day).

The QMx Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the computer monitor you are using.

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and QMx reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, QMx will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Online prices and selection generally match those found for QMx products sold through selected retail stores, but may vary. Prices and offers are subject to change.

Because QMx does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the QMx Web site also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate. You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card and PayPal. Gift Cards are also accepted (see Using Gift Cards)

Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.

Gift Cards, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. Gift Cards will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. In the event the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you will be required to use another Gift Card or a credit or debit card to pay the difference. Any amount charged to a credit or debit card will be treated as set forth above. In the event of a partial return of an order using both a Gift Card and a credit or debit card, returned amounts shall first be credited to the credit or debit card, and any remaining balance will be credited back to the Gift Card. After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The QMx Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

QMx may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. QMx also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same QMx Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. QMx reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to QMx's shipping policies.

In the rare event that your order does not arrive at the delivery address you provided when placing the order, notification of lost item(s) must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Your Quantummechanix.com purchase includes sales tax as required by law. We charge sales tax on items that are shipped to, delivered to or picked up in states where we are required to do so.

QMx is required to collect tax in all states where we have a physical presence (called a “nexus”). The tax amount reflects the applicable state and local rate. You will see the actual amount during checkout.

Your purchase constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully:

All QMx products come with a 30-day unlimited return policy. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in the original packaging for a refund.

Please note that the product must be returned in its complete, resalable condition with ALL original packaging, materials, and collateral.

If the item is being returned because of a defect and you want a replacement, you must e-mail QMx at returns@quantummechanix.com for a return authorization number. Please do not return the item until you receive this number, required for reference and approval once the returned item is received. Once the item is received in our office, we will replace or repair it at our discretion. For a defect return and you just want a refund? Notify us in your email. QMx will issue a refund of the purchase price and shipping & handling fees, minus a 10% disposition fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipment fees.

If the item is being returned for a refund, you must e-mail QMx at returns@quantummechanix.com for a return authorization number. Once the item is received in the office, it will be examined to make sure that it is in resalable condition with all original components – packaging, materials and collateral. QMx will then issue a refund of the purchase price and shipping & handling fees, minus a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipment fees.

QMx cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us by e-mail, and you do so at your own risk.

The QMx Web sites use encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your personal information during data transport. When you create an online account on QuantumMechanix.com, you need to select a personal password. To maximize your level of protection, you should choose at least 6-30 characters including a combination of both letters and numbers. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password or any account information. You have the ability to purchase on our site without using a password; however, you will have to reenter your personal information each time you use our site in order to make a purchase.
