Standing a steely six inches tall, the Little Frakkin' Toasters Cylon Centurion Animated Maquette is hand-painted, cast in resin and available in an edition of just 1,000 statues. He's individually numbered and comes on a mirrored black stand. Based on an original design by Battlestar Galactica CG artist Dustin Adair (more on Dustin below), our Little Frakkin' Toaster comes complete with attitude as he beckons you to "come get some".

If it'll make you feel a little safer, you can always paint a red stripe across his back.

Dustin Adair animated Cylons for the series "Battlestar Galactica" (including such episodes as "33" and "Valley of Darkness") before venturing off on his own and creating the toon style Cylons in the popular animated short "We Were Centurions." He continues to work in Los Angeles as a Character Animator for film and television. The statue looks great. It's for my son's room that has a BSG theme (we got some bunk beds from the set in an auction). Just a word of warning. His ankles are a bit weak. I was having trouble putting him on the stand and ended up snapping his foot off. I was able to re-glue it. It doesn't look perfect, but it's up on a shelf, so not noticeable. Just be careful with it.

This thing is so cool! When I first saw the pictures of these, I thought it was flipping me the bird. :) This one is worth every penny and really makes my shelf of various fan items. It towers over most of the stuff there like an ominous caricature of evil...
